These Terms of Use describe the rules for using the PlayerCast website and Android application. By using PlayerCast, you agree to these Terms.

1. About PlayerCast

PlayerCast is a wireless VR-style display experience for Android. The app is designed to let one Android device act as the Controller and another Android phone act as the Display through local connection paths such as Wi-Fi Direct or LAN.

PlayerCast is not a cloud streaming service and is not intended to replace dedicated high-end VR or AR hardware.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to legally use mobile applications and digital services in your location.

3. Device and compatibility requirements

PlayerCast requires compatible Android devices. Performance and availability of features may vary depending on device brand, device model, Android version, local network conditions, permissions, display size, hardware capability, and source content.

Some apps, protected media, or restricted content may block screen capture, casting, or external display behavior.

4. Local viewing and support information

PlayerCast is designed for local Android-to-Android viewing and does not require a PlayerCast account for the core viewing experience.

If you contact support, you may choose to provide your phone brand, phone model, Android version, connection type, and issue details.

5. Your responsibilities

• Using PlayerCast only with devices and content you are allowed to use.
• Following applicable laws, platform rules, and content provider terms.
• Respecting copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
• Using compatible viewers and devices safely.

6. Safety and comfort

Stop using PlayerCast if you feel eye strain, dizziness, nausea, discomfort, loss of balance, or any other unusual symptoms.

Do not use PlayerCast while walking, driving, operating equipment, or doing anything that requires attention to your surroundings.

7. Purchases and payments

If PlayerCast is offered as a paid app or includes purchases, payments may be processed through Google Play or another authorized platform.

8. Updates and changes

We may update PlayerCast from time to time to improve stability, compatibility, features, security, or user experience.

Future-facing statements such as “1080p Soon” describe planned direction and do not guarantee a specific release date, device support, or feature availability.

9. Intellectual property

PlayerCast, the PlayerCast name, website, app design, text, visual elements, and related materials are owned by PlayerCast or its respective rights holders.

Other product names, app names, company names, logos, trademarks, media, games, and content belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party apps and content

PlayerCast may be used with supported screen content available on your Android device. PlayerCast does not own, control, or endorse third-party apps, games, websites, videos, media, or services that you choose to access.

11. Prohibited use

• Do not violate laws, rights, or platform policies.
• Do not copy, distribute, or display content without permission where permission is required.
• Do not bypass technical restrictions, copy protection, or content protection systems.
• Do not misrepresent PlayerCast as officially affiliated with another company or app.

12. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

PlayerCast is provided on an “as available” basis and may experience interruption, delay, error, artifact, compatibility issue, or device-specific limitation.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlayerCast is provided without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlayerCast and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PlayerCast after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
